Wahine Ora - Walk-In Health Checks

Nau mai, haere mai wāhine mā — this space is for you. 

From 11 August to 11 October 2025, we're offering drop-in health checks for our enrolled wāhine — no appointment needed!

See our nēhi (nurse) — whether it’s for a check, a kōrero, or some tautoko — because you deserve the same care you give others.

● Abdominal pain assessments
● Sexual health (STIs, smears, HPV)
● Contraception, family planning & mammogram education
● Referrals to other services
● Tautoko from our Health Improvement Practitioners (HIPs) & Health Coaches
● Or anything else you’d like to kōrero about

Our Walk-in clinics are available at these times and locations:
● Monday to Friday, | 9:00am–2:00pm
Tauranga Moana City GP Clinic, 11 Tebbs Lane, Gate Pā, Tauranga & Te Akau Hauora GP Clinic  I  35 Hartford Avenue, Pāpāmoa

Wāhine Ora Health Check Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
- Open to enrolled patients of Tauranga Moana City Clinic or Te Akau Hauora Clinic.
- Participants must be wāhine aged 18 years or older.
- Only those who attend a health check appointment with one of our nēhi (nurses) during the campaign period are eligible.
- One entry per person.

How to Enter: 
- Book or drop in for a health check with a nēhi (nurse) at one of our clinics between Monday 11 August and Saturday 11 October 2025.
- All eligible wāhine who attend their appointment during this period will receive a small goodie bag & can enter the draw to win one of three $100 Pak’n Save vouchers!

Prize Draw: 
- Winners will be selected randomly and contacted by phone and/or email.
- Prize: One of three $100 Pak’n Save voucher (non-transferable, not redeemable for cash).

General Terms:
- By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Winners must present valid photo ID when claiming their prize.
- If a third party claims the prize on behalf of the winner, they must provide:
● Authorisation letter from the winner
● Photo ID of both the winner and the third party
- This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Facebook.
- Winners must respond within seven business days of being contacted, or the prize will be forfeited and another winner selected.
- Prizes can be collected from Tauranga Moana City Clinic or Te Akau Hauora Clinic.
