Join us for a free two-day Kaupapa Māori antenatal wānanga for hapū māmā, pāpā, and whānau. 

This wānanga creates a space to connect, learn, and grow your kete with mātauranga Māori — supporting you through hapūtanga, labour, birth, and the postnatal journey. 

Over two days, you’ll explore:

• Hauora rights, breastfeeding, immunisations, and nutrition
• Māori birthing practices such as ipu whenua and muka ties
• Atua wāhine, taonga pūoro, and traditional birthing mātauranga
• Labour, birth, and healing through rongoā and mirimiri
