Flu Season 2026 – Protect Your Whānau
Date: 23 Mar 2026
You’re looking after your tamariki, checking in on kaumātua, and supporting your hapū whānau — but rewharewha (flu) spreads fast.
A flu shot is a simple, effective way to help stop the spread and protect the people you love. Each year, the flu virus changes, and immunity from previous vaccinations reduces over time — that’s why it’s important to get vaccinated every year.
Getting vaccinated helps:
● Protect you, your whānau, and your hapori
● Reduce the spread of flu — even from people with no symptoms
● Lower the risk of serious illness and hospitalisation
● Protect those most at risk, including pēpi, kaumātua, hapū wāhine, and people with long-term health conditions
Walk in or book from 1st April 2026.
