Family & Child Services

Primary Health Services

Our Primary Health Services offer holistic, whānau-centred support to help individuals and whānau achieve balance and wellbeing. Rooted in a Kaupapa Māori approach, our services are designed to nurture the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

We provide confidential support to anyone aged 12 and over who is experiencing mild to moderate mental health or substance use concerns—this includes challenges such as anxiety, stress, low mood, grief, addiction, or social and behavioural difficulties.

Our kaimahi work alongside whānau to understand their needs, explore pathways to wellness, and build the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges. We also offer Kaupapa Māori-informed programmes to support hauora, such as Kāwhe & Kōrero, hauora wānanga, fitness plans, walking groups, AOD support, and free community workouts—all in a safe, supportive environment.

Whether you’re recognising a need for change or actively working toward a state of Mauri Ora, we are here to walk alongside you on your journey.
