Governance
Te Manu Toroa Board of Trustees consist of six Trustee Board Members who are affiliated to one or all iwi from Tauranga, Te Puke and Maketu and one Professional Advisor.

The Trustees have a mix of community, financial, business, economic, social, hapu/iwi and health backgrounds and they bring broad viewpoints and perspectives to the Board’s decisions. Many of the members have been with the Trust since its establishment. They provide continuity and strong institutional knowledge to the Trust at governance level.

Management
Governance and Management continue to grow and improve Te Manu Toroa through strong quality management and leadership. Te Manu Toroa has firm quality infrastructures in place. The Management Team comprise of:

Maori Relationships Manager  - Phillip Hikairo - Ngati Ranginui

Oral Health Manager - Minnie McGibbon - Ngati Kahungunu
